THE GATHERING LEADERS
At The Gathering, our leadership structure is set up with a group of Spiritual Leaders and a Board of Directors. We are so grateful to have these individuals share their spiritual growth and their business know-how with us as we continue to grow!
SPIRITUAL LEADERS

TY DILLARD
I'm 58 years young and married to Sharon Dillard. Have 2 boys, Nathan and Philip. 2 wonderful daughter in-laws. And 4 beautiful grand babies. Have been a part of church my entire life. Doesn’t make me perfect, but it does give me the opportunity to grow my family. We are all God’s children!

ERIC & MINDY HABELT
We have been married for over 25 years and we have two beautiful daughters, Jordan and Abygail, and one amazing son-in-love, Johnny. Our daughter, Jordan, is married to Johnny, and they are living in Savannah with our two grand doggies, Gus and Harley. Abygail lives in Peachtree City with my parents and is attending Clayton State College. We both come from very loving, Christian homes and were both raised in the church. Both sets of our parents have been married well over 50 years each. We live in Williamson just outside of the Pike county border on a small farm where we enjoy spending time with our 3 horses, 3 dogs, numerous cats, and an opossum that likes to eat our cat food. We immensely enjoy country living! We have been with The Gathering since the beginning and we are SO PUMPED about what God is doing here and how we are looking at relationship and not religion and bringing heaven here now! We are eager and excited about how God has been and will continue to use us with The Gathering!

WILLIAM MOORE
My name is William Moore but most people call me Billy. I married my best friend, Maria Moore, 12 years ago. We have two beautiful children, Brandon who is 8 years old and Rebecca who is 6 years old. I am firefighter for Fayette County and have been doing that for 18 years now. I am also a coach for Brandon's baseball team, so between work schedules, baseball schedules, and school schedules, we stay busy. We have been attending The Gathering since the doors opened. Our family has grown up in the church and we absolutely love showing people Jesus' love anyway we can.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS

BRIAN FRANKLIN
Hello! My name is Brian Franklin and I’ve been married to Barkley Franklin for almost 16 years, and have been blessed with 3 children, Caroline, Aubrey, and Andrew. Grew up in Georgia playing Soccer most of my life and working at Chick-fil-A since I was 15 years old. Still working for Chick-fil-A today, and have been at the home office since 2001.
I really enjoy spending time with the kids at all their activities, including coaching cross country in the fall for the Peachtree City Flash. I also like working out, bird hunting, smoking meats, and visiting mlb stadiums with Barkley. I accepted Christ at a young age and have been trying to grow and help out wherever is needed since. We are very excited to be a part of the Gathering family and loving the community around us.

RICK HARPER
Rick and Beth Harper started Georgia Tech Christian Campus Fellowship in May 1987. Rick received a degree in Business from the University of Georgia in 1983 and was also involved at the Christian Campus Fellowship at UGA. After graduating, Rick spent a year as an intern at CCF at Florida State. There he met Beth, who holds a degree in Nursing from FSU.

Rick completed his Master’s degree at Emmanuel School of Religion in 1987 and they moved to Atlanta to begin CCF as well as their family. Rick has three sons, Garrett, Donovan and Grayson and two daughter-in-laws Schyler and Erin. Rick’s job as Campus Minister includes teaching at Bible Study on Thursday nights, leading the Big Sap Leadership group, and meeting with and counseling students.

KYNDRA MCINTOSH
My name is Kyndra McIntosh. I am a project manager in LaGrange, Georgia. It has taken me 15+ years of being a Christian to learn to hold the tension of being broken over the darkness in the world while experiencing all of the wonderful benefits I have access to in Christ. Some of my passions are student discipleship, cross-cultural ministry and I will always have a special place in my heart for corporate worship in all its forms!

KAMI REED
I'm Kami, and I've loved being part of the Gathering! I'm a Georgia (Tech) girl, but my family and I just moved to Senoia in 2019 after a short stint in Maryland and a long stint working as campus ministers to university students in Puebla, Mexico. I'm married to Jordan and mom to Amos. I work for an organization called Globalscope, which means I get to encourage and support people living all around the world as they share Jesus' love with students! I'm hopeful that my time in ministry and the non-profit world can be helpful to our community.

MIKE ROACH
Mike is a Coweta County native. He and his wife Kelsey live on their small farmstead in Senoia with their two dogs, three goats, and two chickens. After living in Alpharetta for seven years, Mike and Kelsey moved to Senoia in early 2017. Mike has a passion for serving others, observational comedy, and all things videography. He listens to audiobooks and podcasts while working to find ways to grow and improve the farmstead.

RALPH STUSSI
Ralph retired last September from his job as Region VP of Finance for US Foods, Inc. He is a CPA-retired. With three grandkids formerly in Budapest, now living in Fayetteville, four more currently overseas in Germany and a wife as full of energy as Lacene, you can imagine retirement has been as busy as his work career. He is excited about the Vision for the Gathering and sees this as a potential opportunity to use his business background to help give guidance to the Gathering team.
