Executive Director
Hello, I’m Jesse Dukes, husband of Keight (K8), father of Judah, Layla, and Noa. I’ve lived in Senoia since 2006, grew up in Fayetteville, graduated from Sandy Creek High School in 2001, and graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2005. I’m a self-professed Bible nerd and love reading of all sorts.
I’ve also been known to play guitar, talk about CrossFit, drink coffee, eat gauc, guess people’s Enneagram type, listen to podcasts, and work on finishing my Masters in Counseling from Messiah College.
At The Gathering People, I’m our Executive Director. I work side by side with organizations. Jesus came into my life at an early age and has continued to rock my world year after year. My life is dedicated to serving Him and helping people grow in His love.

Hey guys! I’m Katie. I’m so glad you’re here! I hope you’ve instantly felt so loved and know you belong.
I’m a Momma of 4, ranging from teenager to toddler, a coach's wife,, fresh coffee snob, Enneagram 3, chocolate-loving, lover of the underdog, an all things boujee loving, secret introvert, that has zero chill when it comes to Jesus.
At The Gathering People, I oversee all Go Day logistics and operations. When I'm not gathering peeps, you can find me hanging with my fam. My husband Brooks and I have been married for 15 years and have 4 kiddos that I’m mush for. Again, welcome! I’m so glad you’re here and can’t wait to get to know YOU!
Austin Blaszczynski
DIRECTOR OF PARTNERSHIPS
Hey, I'm Austin. I live in Fayetteville, GA with my wife, Hope, and our dog, Wallace. I originally hail from Michigan (Go Blue) and have served churches in Michigan, California, and Georgia. I have a heart for helping churches realize their unique gifts and calling as it relates to the Great Commission. When the local church is thriving, we get to see a clearer picture of the Kingdom of Heaven unfolding before us.
I graduated from the University of Michigan and have a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. In my free time, I love roasting and brewing coffee, going to the climbing gym, and being outside.
At the Gathering People, I am the Director of Partnerships. I help churches, individuals, and organizations get connected with our services. We are Here to Help partner to meet the greatest physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in your community.
